Emily has trained thousands of executives at organizations including Publicis Groupe, Goldman Sachs, The Estée Lauder Companies, Amazon, and Expedia to communicate with clarity, presence, and conviction. She is the founder and principal of WOMENSPEAK Training and its sister consultancy Talk Shop Training, whose clients have won over $1 billion in new business, including the team that won GEICO's account for Universal McCann. She lead trainings at the Women's Campaign School at Yale and has spoken at Goldman Sachs, RIMS, and events for the Bella Abzug Leadership Institute. As an actor, Emily is the recipient of the Obie Award and the Helen Hayes Award. Her most recent film, Our Son, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
